Windy, wet, not good rocketry weather. See you in April?

The weather for our 3/18 launch date is not good, so we’ve rescheduled our March launch for 3/25.

If the weather cooperates, we will be launching rockets up to 1.5 kg, with motors up through “G” power, in addition to our usual smaller model rockets at Jackson Farms. The field is at 2341 State Route 605 S, Galena OH 43021. You may enter from 605, and park in the barn parking area; there should be plenty of space. Please be courteous, we are guests at Jackson Farms!

We owe this opportunity the generosity of Dave Jackson for allowing us to use his field, and Chad Wampler, in arranging that.

We will begin setup at 10:00, and plan to start flying about 11:00. Launches will continue until about 2:00.
